Our company SISMA - Integrated Architectural Monitoring Systems was founded in 2015

​

as an innovative start-up and academic spin-off of the University of Florence

​

with the aim of providing public and private entities with its extensive expertise in the fields of digital documentation, diagnostics, restoration, recovery and enhancement of architectural, archaeological, artistic and landscape heritage.

​

Thanks to its solid university background, the company boasts within it a multidisciplinary team

composed exclusively of PhDs specializing in architecture and archaeology,

and equipped with broad and international scientific and professional expertise.

 

Our know-how, consolidated by many years of multidisciplinary experience in the field,

as well as by the significant results derived from numerous successful activities,

enable our company to provide integrated, specific and flexible consulting and services

for each type of project and sector.

Our expertise ranges from digital laser-scanner, GPS topographic and photogrammetric drone surveys ,

to graphic renderings of CAD drawings, photorealistic renderings and creation of 3D models and BIM information systems.

We accurately perform historical-archaeological, archaeoseismological analyses and Preventive Archaeology interventions,

as well as thermographic and structural diagnostic surveys in support of seismic restoration and consolidation interventions.

 

We also offer advanced services such as the development of interactive 360° virtual tours, multimedia and AR/VR systems

aimed at enhancement and story-telling.
